Service Advisor Peggy Mazaras I thought my Toyota Camy just needed an oil change before I started back north. Germain found the drain plug was stripped by a previous oil change. Pe I thought my Toyota Camy just needed an oil change before I started back north. Germain found the drain plug was stripped by a previous oil change. Peggy explained options to me. We first tried the oversize drain plug, but it leaked. Peggy fit me in the next day early, got me to Enterprise Rental, and my car got fixed with a new drain pan. She put notes on the bill so my Toyota dealer up north would know that the drain plug had been installed improperly before I headed south. I wish everyone could have Peggy Mazaras as their advisor. She expedites things, gives options, and makes you doubly glad that you went to Germain for service. Five stars, Peggy! More

After the service was completed, Peggy informed me of a nail in one of my tires that couldn't be patched. Peggy ordered the tire and I returned the same day to have it installed.
