We were able to test drive a few vehicles within our budget without any pressure whatsoever. Jeff Smith was an absolute doll! He was professional and very fun to deal with, he answered all of our questions and made us feel welcome regardless of our spending cap. We did not have a lot of money to spend and he didn't try to force us into something we couldn't afford. It was a nice change from the usual car buying experience. We will definitely be back once we are ready to replace my husband car too, and without a doubt, we will be asking for Jeff, he was the best!!! More
It didn't feel like I was dealing with a car salesman I had a vehicle & parameters in mind. Jeff was able to show me the vehicle and answer any questions I had. My Stressfree buying experience We needed to buy a car asap as we were rear-ended in a accident and our car was totaled. We went to Germain Toyota and one of the salesman (Paul) approached us. He was pleasant but professional. We found him easy to talk to. We did not find the car that day but went home and looked on the computer at the inventory again. We saw the car we wanted and went back the next day and Paul helped us to negotiate the deal. We bought the car, a 2016 Toyoya Camry SE. Paul followed up after the purchase to make sure all was well and offered for me to come back in so that he could help me with the "tech" features of the car which I plan to do. Overall I would say the Germain Toyota made our experience as stress free as possible. More
