I own my car outright, I don't want car payments and even after I say that, they don't take no for an answer. Seriously, it's annoying. Your service department is great. The salespeople drive me nuts! If I want a new car, I'll come and find you, don't worry. Oh and stop calling and sending me emails telling me you "want to buy my car" from me. More

Total rip-off Had Germaine Toyota replace 2- bulbs 1-flasher bulb 1- brake light bulb the cost was $64. Dollars.A lot excessive don't you think ? are these the kind of people you would be comfortable doing business with. Unknown to me at the time of this review, after the replacement of my dashboard, my door locks, door lock related lights and automatic starter do not work. Rather than return the car to this dealer to have these problems fixed, with their "trained" Toyota technicians, I will have it fixed at either another Toyota dealership or an independent. I want nothing more to do with Germain Toyota. More
