Phone harassment I requested info on a new highlander and mentioned very clearly that I work during the night and sleep during the day. I told hem to NEVER call me dur I requested info on a new highlander and mentioned very clearly that I work during the night and sleep during the day. I told hem to NEVER call me during the day. I received four separate calls from them during the day. Each time I again clearly told them not to call during the day and to note my info. Each time they appologized and said that they would make a note of it. But it happened again and again. What's worse is that each time they apparently called twice back to back, as my phone rang despite being on do not disturb mode. This harassment is absolutely rude and poor salesmanship. In their eagerness to make a sale, they lost a customer. I will never buy a vehicle from them. I'd now prefer to go to Ft Myers (or anywhere else) at this point. More
