First experience for service in Florida Since I never had service performed in Florida on my 2009 Toyota Venza - I was concerned enough to read up on comments about service at the Toyota Dea Since I never had service performed in Florida on my 2009 Toyota Venza - I was concerned enough to read up on comments about service at the Toyota Dealerships within a 40 mile radius of Fort Myers Beach. It turned out the Germain Toyota of Naples had the best comments on Toyota Service. Arriving at 0730, I was greeted by Peggy Mazaras. She listened to what I wanted done - which was an oil change and replacement of a bulb in my headlight. I also explained to her that for some reason the driver's door was not automatically unlocking - which had never happened until I started on the trip to FL. She asked me how long it had been since replacing the battery in my remote - which I explained had only been a couple days. Peggy then asked if I had another car key in the car. I told her no - I planned to bring another key but have not found it when unpacking. She started looking under the seats and I went to the trunk area and pulled out a suitcase. Upon examination, I found the second key. Once that key was taken out of the car - everything was back to normal. What a blessing to have her working for you. She knows her beans!! The rest of the service went smoothly and I cleared the facility after an hour plus. If I were in the mode of buying a new Venza - they would get my business! More

Terrific dealership! I have purchased 3 Toyota Camry XLE's over the last 8 years at Germain Toyota, and had them serviced regularly there as well. I just purchased another car (a Toyota Avalon) and expect delivery shortly. My salesman for the last few cars was Paul Delmonte, a true professional who is knowledgeable, patient, and really provides excellent customer service. I always feel I've received a good deal. Paul is always helpful during and after the sale. I would highly recommend Paul Delmonte and Germain Toyota . I also took a test drive with another young man who was really nice and very helpful, but for the life of me I don't recall his name (I misplaced his card at the moment). He has worked there for 4 yrs and assisted Paul in the sale. FYI, Eddie Vasco was our first salesman back in 2007, and although he is no longer in sales, we still love him too! I met with him most recently to sign the finance papers, etc. More

Great Experience My last service appointment, for a 20K maintenance/check up, went very well. I waited, and walked down the street to have lunch at Five Guys. While there, the service manager called to alert me that the 2 year maintenance coverage had expired last month. No problem, I told him to proceed. They checked everything, it took about an hour and fifteen minutes, and they ran the car through the car wash. The service manager carefully explained what electrical components they'd checked---not just the battery. All was well. All is well. I will return. More
