Finance manager was horrible After several high pressure calls as we neared the end of our lease we decided to keep the car. After several phone calls we were told by the finance manager Ron we had to come in in person to talk about the sale. We drove 40 minutes and had to wait over 15 minutes to see someone. Ron finally came out and told us we could not finance the outright purchase of the vehicle. He had to buy the vehicle and then sell it back for over $2100 more than the end of lease price. And he quoted a finance rate over 2 percent higher than other banks. The run around by Toyota was ridiculous and when he realized we were not going to pay their extra fees was rude and belligerent Will not buy a car from them if they gave it to me free. Highly recommend you try another dealership. More
