Well that's not the case at Germain Toyota and particularly with one young man.... Malaun Humbert. Malaun took in my 2015 Rave4 for some slight body damage on a one day repair. He was polite, helpful and most importantly knowledgeable!!! Simply put he made me feel special... He put me in a new loaner car, called me the next day when the vehicle was ready and even contacted the paying party to handle the charges. All I did was show up and drive off in a completely repaired car that was freshly washed!!! Where does Germain get all of these great employees? Malaun is the kind of employee we need in our business! Fat chance... he looked very happy and content... I think he's there for the long haul!!! Cheers.... More

My last purchase experience 2 years ago was so horrible that I told myself that I will never buy a car from Germain again. I am happy that the things changed to the positive at the dealership and as a customer I am treated with respect no matter how old you are. My sales person was Dondre Brown who is a highly motivated young who takes pride in his work and strives to improve himself. My Finance person was Eddie Vasco - who is very knowledgeable and understanding and a dedicated employee. I received a warranty extension letter some time ago from Toyota f My first experience with Germain Toyota of Naples Service Department was excellent. I received a warranty extension letter some time ago from Toyota for a problem with cracks in the dashboard cover for my 10 year old 4Runner. I took the letter to the Germain Service Department in Naples to see what I could find out about when the replacement could be taken care of. I was helped by Peggy Mazaras. She was very knowledgeable regarding this warranty extension. She ordered the part for my vehicle and gave me a realistic estimate as to when the part would be available and how I would be contacted once the part was on site for installation. She was very efficient and knowledgeable of the process in addition to being very nice to work with. I was in and out within minutes very satisfied with the visit - beyond what I expected going in. I didn't realize how large this dealership is when just passing by it. Just going into the Service Department, I immediately had the feeling that this was a well run and very organized. Very impressive. More
