When I arrived to pick up my truck that you had for 3 weeks… there was no one available to tell me what was wrong with my truck. The vehicle I bought was said to have an inspection before being purchased, unfortunately they failed to so that an oil change was past due by over 1,000 miles. As well as issues with tire sensors. A 3 hour job turned into a 3 day job with poor communication from the mechanic and service dept. After day 1 should have been offered a loaner. They never should have promised it on day 2 which tu communication from the mechanic and service dept. After day 1 should have been offered a loaner.
