I waited over 4 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter replacement and they were unable to even do the tire rotation and didn't sufficiently prime the fuel filter. They did not keep me upd and fuel filter replacement and they were unable to even do the tire rotation and didn't sufficiently prime the fuel filter. They did not keep me updated throughout the process and offered no apology or compensation for my wasted time. More

The guys here are absolutely amazing and fought tooth and nail for me to get a better deal! Eddie and Steve were absolutely fantastic. I have worked with them both in the past at a previous dealership and knew I would be getting a GM product when they were hired at Gerry Raymond. Eddie looked at every vehicle I was interested in, made sure to find exactly what I was looking for and was patient with me while I figured things out. Steve was fantastic in walking me through the offers, rebates and trade-in value of my former vehicle. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. I have been looking for a truck like this for a very long time. I love my new Silverado and couldn’t be happier! More
