I have always been very satisfied with this dealership. However, my latest visit was rather disappointing. I went for a 10am appointment on a Wednesday and they kept my car for 48 hours until Friday morn However, my latest visit was rather disappointing. The reason was not related to my repairs, but because technicians did not come to work and they couldn't get to my repairs. They said there were no loaners available. Although they did drive me home on Wednesday and pick me up on Friday, I was really inconvenienced since I had numerous commitments on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. More
