Dropped a brand new truck off for a cab light issue. The service dept is slow. I was told 45 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later it was done. When I asked to speak with the manager after an hour I I was told 45 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. An hour and a half later it was done. When I asked to speak with the manager after an hour I was told he was in doing interviews. Left a new employee who was only there for a day at the front desk to answer questions.
