I am disappointed to hear that you left feeling frustrated, and I understand how unexpected charges can be upsetting when a visit begins with recall work. To clarify, your appointment was for the IMS bearing recall, which our team completed. During your visit, there was also a separate concern mentioned regarding a noise from the engine area. Since that concern was not related to the IMS bearing recall, it required separate diagnostic time to inspect and identify the cause. Our records show that the diagnostic was authorized before it was performed, and that the recommended fuel pump repair was declined since you decided not to keep the vehicle. Our team also worked to expedite the extensive recall repair in order to meet your requested deadline. We appreciate the opportunity to service your vehicle. zac, i never authorized the 200 dollar charge. You can say what you want; I will admit, you tried to help me out since you didnt provide me with a loaner by trying to provide me with one at a too little too late concept. I just want consumers to know that your service department is full of serpents. Your big words in your response do not change the truth. I ll let the consumers interpret this how they want. feel free to chase me all over the internet cuz you know I am right and you will have to keep nullifying my reviews. Best 200 dollars ever stolen from me in my life.

Goruck2, Thank you for your follow-up. I understand you remain frustrated even though our team has worked to serve you well. The recall repair and the separate engine-noise concern were addressed as two different matters during your visit. The diagnostic performed for the engine-area noise was unrelated to the IMS bearing recall and was authorized prior to our technician's inspection on repair order with signature. Following that diagnosis, our team provided recommendations regarding the fuel pump concern, which you ultimately elected not to move forward with since you were not keeping the vehicle. Regarding the loaner vehicle, We did not offer one to you at your initial visit since you shared that you had multiple vehicles but days later emailed me that you were left feeling disrespected because we offered a loaner to an elderly lady. At that time I offered a loaner to help with any of your transportation needs while vehicle was in the shop where you declined and requested us to expedite the repair, at which time we were able to work to accommodated your timeline. I respect your right to share your experience, I also believe it is important that anyone reading this review has a complete and accurate understanding of the circumstances surrounding your visit. We genuinely appreciate every customer who trusts us with their vehicle, and while it is unfortunate we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion, we remain committed to providing transparent communication and professional service to every guest we serve.
