Vlad Ivanovich helped me to trade in my Acura for a 2021 Acura TLX and he was excellent in every way. He spent a lot of time teaching me how to operate my new car which was quite a challenge since I’m low tech, but he couldn’t have been kinder, clearer or more patient. He did a great job for me all round. Liz Faragher was delightful, extremely kind and efficient. I’m very grateful to both of them and impressed by the level of service I received. The other staff were super-friendly too. Thank you all!
