When I reluctantly began my casual review of compact SUV’s last week, the stunning design of the 2019 RDX coupled with its advanced engineering and technological features prompted me to seriously consider trading-in my BMW 435i loaded convertible that I truly loved! But what brought me back to Gettel the following week and then really sealed the deal was the courteous low-pressure salesman (Tom) who was a good listener and fairly presented a thoughtful proposal and a well-documented offer for my BMW. This comfortable feeling was reinforced by Tom’s guided tour of the quality service department and his continued interface while I finalized the docs with the finance rep, and finally with the hearty congrats by the entire sales staff for a rousing send-off after I had a tutorial with one of their knowledgeable tech guys. It was truly the most enjoyable car-buying I have had in more than 50 years - and one that I am confident will be experienced again when having my RDX serviced by the Gettel team. More

Joe Merizalde was extremely helpful from Day 1 when I stopped in for more info and when I returned to test drive some cars. He was very patient as we tested out several different SUVs, making sure it would fit the needs of our family.
