Therefore, the first person I spoke with about the MDX purchase I made was my service adviser, Lucy Aguillar. Lucy introduced me to Jarmo Kormu, a very competent and knowledgeable sales profession, who behaved like more of a consultant to me and did not exhibit any sales pressure at all. By the way, my wife and I looked at 5 other brands before selecting the Acura, even though we had owned this great brand for many years. Needless to say, we're very happy with the purchase! More

This is about Laura Lockwood. She is super. I drove in to fix a bluetooth issue on my TL. Nobody that was present in Service understood the internet technical issue. Laura overheard the conversation.
