The 3% service charge for using a credit card seems a little low rent. Service fees are not new, they're just usually padded into the cost of services. Austin was probably the best car salesman I've ever dealt with. Jaedyn was equally outstanding helping out while Austin was working with another customer. Carla was also outstanding handling the tiresome job of paperwork. The only drawback to the entire experience was paying some of the dealer fees that seemed excessive. However, the overall deal worked out by Austin was still very good, it's just that with slightly lower fees, the deal would have been exceptional. More

Gettel Acura is the most pleasant and efficient car dealership I have ever seen. They are polite, professional and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I was given updates and checked on to dealership I have ever seen. They are polite, professional and do exactly what they say they are going to do. I was given updates and checked on to be sure I was comfortable during my most recent visit where I chose to wait on the repairs. I was given an estimated time to wait and they were done with the repairs before that estimated time was up. Highly recommend them. More
