Gettel Acura

We just had intentions of looking at a RDX when we stopped in at Gettel Acura. Carlos Rojas came out to greet us. He never at anytime put any pressure on to buy, he showed us what we were interested in, took us for a test drive, explained everything on the car, still now pressure, we talked about numbers with him, all the time made us feel like he worked for us in giving us the best deal he could get us, he made us feel like we knew him for years, you couldn't ask to deal with a better sales rep. in every way possible, he took us all around the facility, even showing us the garage area, very impressed with that having an automotive background, even following up with me on questions I had a few days later. I would sure be asking for Carlos in the future when it comes time to replace our RDX, so thank you Gettel, and THANK YOU CARLOS. More

Had afternoon appointment and waited on service. Secondly, I had an oil change and tire rotation. Upon checking out I was told everything was good specially my tires. From moment I left one of my tires started losing pressure. After inspection it had been punctured in a location not repairable. It was too late to get back to dealerships before they closed evidently. I did speak with my service advisor and was told they couldn't have anyone stay for me . Also, nothing really was offered to me for help. It's obvious that the tire had been accidentally punctured at the dealership but of course they wouldn't admit to this. Unfortunately I had to take care of this myself and purchase a new tire right away. More
