This is one of the shadiest car dealers that I have dealt with. I came in to help my father a (Vietnam Vet) purchase a brand new 2023 Acura RDX, only to have them rescind the offer. We had a signed offer b with. I came in to help my father a (Vietnam Vet) purchase a brand new 2023 Acura RDX, only to have them rescind the offer. We had a signed offer by both parties, a handshake deal with the sales manager (Dan Lussier) and let them know we would be back after his appointment at the VA clinic. On our way back from the VA clinic, I received a call from the sales associate (Brandon Afonso), saying that Dan wouldn't honor the deal. Stating that he thought the deal was for another model (TLX), not the RDX. This was the 3rd offer that Brandon went to back to Dan. Complete BS that he didn't know what car model we were negotiating on. They wouldn't honor the offer and pulled it after Dan signed the paperwork. Horrible sales/management team at this dealership and we will take our business elsewhere. More
