Very pleased with the dealership in general. Always clean, service has been very good since I started coming here, 10 years ago. My questions are always answered and explained if necessary. Very long wait for oil change, over 2 hours. Service advisers all women. It’s nice to have variety. Kimber was awful, should not work there. I had my right side mirror assembly replaced after I damaged it in my garage. When the vehicle was returned to me there was no power to the mirror as power supply was nor reconnected before the vehicle damaged it in my garage. I would have thought that after the repair that the technician would have tested the mirror to see if it worked before the car was returned to.me...after all that only required the push of a button and the power could have been connected right then and there. Second issue...the bill for the repair was $1520. I paid for the part and for the service to install it. Why then a $44 service charge? What is that for. Seems to me not a justified add on.
