Gettel Acura - Service Center

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was told my appointment didn’t “update” to the system! I was told this happens a lot! There was only ONE service representative on duty therefore everyone was h appointment didn’t “update” to the system! I was told this happens a lot! There was only ONE service representative on duty therefore everyone was having to wait much longer than they should! After seeing my vehicle pull up in the “completed” lane my wife and I had to wait an additional 40 minutes just to check out! Having only one service representative on duty is no way to treat customers!!! Horrible experience!!!! More
