During car check in i told the service representative that my speedometer wasn’t displaying my speed when i stated the car and didn’t until I pushed the thumb wheel on steering wheel. Windshield replacement for a Canadian vehicle. Rich in parts worked to identify the needed part number and order it in. Kept me advised throughout. One area for improvement would be to keep me posted on expected completion time as it was a longer wait than I was advised and expecting. (Not Gettel issue as third party windshield company was apparently late in showing up but I still would have preferred a regular update on timing. Overall I am very happy and will return for service.
