Would just appreciate it if the people washing and vacuuming would not change my seat settings or if they do, put them back. Since I’ve been a customer for 20+ years, maybe when vacuuming they could vacuuming would not change my seat settings or if they do, put them back. We also had a loaner, We moved from being Lexus owners to Acura in 2020 because they gave us more upgrades @ quality for our money leather treatment.
