Way overcharged me to mount a tire carrier that originally was purchased and installed by the OEM’s dealership in Atlanta. The mechanic’s workmanship on both the install and wiring was exceptionally poor. I told them never to let that tech touch any of my vehicles again. The Service Rep, Christian was fine. Overall cost to install this was $900! Because the mechanic didn’t do his job, they charged me another $300 to re-do his work. I’ll be getting quotes from other repair shops from now on. More

It took a year from when we ordered our new car. Communication form dealership was not good. I had to call every few months to get any info. They just kept passing me to the next sales person.
