My agreement was 1000 which should have been shifted whatever way they need it to be for that payment to be covered. Instead I was told that you always have to put a payment down. More

I spent hours researching models and calling dealerships to get information, specs, and quotes so that I knew exactly which car I wanted to buy. I was terrified some fast-talking salesman would try to push me to buy early or trick me into a bad deal. But the people at Gettel Hyundai were nothing short of spectacular. Where other dealers really did attempt to sell me over the phone or get me into their store so they could negotiate with me, the sales managers and representatives at Gettel never once tried for the "hard sell." They provided information every time I asked and helped me understand everything I needed to know about the cars I was researching, their offer, and the offers from other dealers so that I could make accurate comparisons and informed decisions, rather than just simply stare at price stickers. Kaylin and Gina, in particular, went the extra mile of keeping in contact with me by phone and email so that I did not get overwhelmed or confused. They always took time to answer my questions fully (sometimes more than once when I had misplaced my notes) and even told me when other dealers had offers more in line with my needs. That level of honesty is difficult to find in most businesses but Kaylin and Gina consistently put my interests first.
