Our experience By the time we started working with Gettel, we had already decided on the 2017 Tucson SE and were working on the best overall deal. I worked out the deal by phone with Josh and the Sales Manager ahead of time before visiting Gettel. Nice dealership. Ajdin Veletanlic worked with us when we went to Gettel to get our car. Originally we were going to buy one of their 2017 white Tucson SEs, but while there we got to see the silver one and requested to switch to that one. They were very accommodating and we bought the new silver one. Ajdin was very nice to work with, answered all of of our questions and he made sure we got everything we needed. The only thing that could be improved was the amount of time we had to wait before we could meet with the Finance Department (I realize that it was a Saturday and a busy day for them). It was worth the drive to Lakewood from our home in Clearwater. The staff at Gettel were professional and friendly and there were no unexpected surprises. It was a lot more pleasant experience compared to some of the other dealerships (Hyundai, Ford, Honda, Toyota) that we visited prior to Gettel. Since we live in Clearwater we will probably have our new Tucson serviced locally (probably at Fitzgerald's Countryside Hyundai) since it is very close to us instead of taking it to Lakewood. More
