This dealership and I am sure many others as well, love to batter their customer's with the up-selling off the add-on products, like the "Extended Warranty". If you don't want any of these add-ons, tell them no and do so in certain terms and stick to your guns. Make sure before you sign off on anything to see a line by line breakout of everything, Come back at later date after studying these line items. What are the manufacturer rebates I can get? If I take any of them what will my interest rate be? This dealership is arrogant and a bit condescending in their attitude towards their customers. It does not matter what great deal they are going to give you on an extended warranty if you DON'T WANT iT! Its none of their business why you don't want it, they should leave it alone. This one is pushy, shame on them. I love the car but cannot stand this dealership and will never ever go anywhere near it's sales office nor service department. You can do better. More
