My husband and I are very disappointed with the lack of communication from the service advisor. We have purchased 5 new vehicles from getter, going back when the Hyundai dealership was on 1st street in Bradenton next to action Kawasaki. The vehicle has around 5,000 miles and needs a new transmission and been in the shop for 3 weeks.
