Service said as long as it retract (even if takes 5 minutes) or they can push the seat belt into the holder, they will not cover it. This is same retraction unit that locks your seat belt in ac accident. Contact Hyundai Corp, they were not happy and told me to go to another Hyundai dealership and get it fixed. More

Having visited a number of Hyundai dealerships recently, we were very impressed by his professionalism. He spent quite a bit of time explaining all aspects of the car. Although the car was to be mine, he interacted with my husband as if it was his car. When it came time to sit down and “negotiate” everyone involved was professional. I never felt pressured. We drove off in my new car. About 15 minutes later we had a question and called Willie. He worked with us, even going so far as to Facetime us to clear up the problem. We have contacted him a few times since and he is always friendly and helpful. As my husband said “if we could give him 10 stars we would”. More
