I bought a car was told the best they could give me on intrezt was over 10%. Come to find out a credit union offered me 4.6%. Also... Peter told me that I HAD to get gap in order to be financed. That was intrezt was over 10%. Come to find out a credit union offered me 4.6%. Also... Peter told me that I HAD to get gap in order to be financed. That was a flat out lie. I ended up putting 2 k down leaving thinking I got the "best " deal. What a lie. I ended up refinancing not even a week later with the credit union putting more money down. Don't go here they are crooks. More

Addendum: After my 1 star review, their Customer Relations Manager, Melissa Bonner, called me and apologized profusely in regard to our experience in the finance department. She even arranged a meeting with the General Manager, Mark Bedell to find a resolution to our complaint. We met this past Saturday and were greeted by Jorge Arrazola, our amazing Sales Manager. He even sat in on the meeting with us as he was there during our purchase. Mr. Bedell was kind, caring, and listened to our complaint. He immediately came to a resolution that was very satisfying to us. What a professional group of employees. It shows that it starts from the top and works it's way down, especially with Santiago's professionalism. Mark and Jorge were just fantastic. We truly felt as though they cared about us and that is a rare find nowadays. Thank you for all you do ... we appreciate you! There are not enough words to tell you how amazing Jorge is .... he went above and beyond for me not only during my purchase, but even after when there was a small disagreement when I received my loan information in the mail.
