Terry was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with us and took the time we needed to make the decision. We had shopped and test driven 6 other dealerships in one day and at the end of the day she had narrowed her choices down to 4 cars; Hyundai, VW, Kai, and Mazda. One of the “non-qualifying” dealerships was strictly on the experience with the salesman. The next day we returned to the top four dealerships to test drive the vehicles and discuss price again, and by the end of the day she had two vehicles in mind Hyundai and VW. This was my daughter’s first car shopping experience and I believe because of Terry’s commitment we will be a longtime customer. Thank you Terry for helping me to give my daughter the education and experience she will need and use throughout her life.
