A very positive and fulfilling experience I was very satisfied with my 2013 Azera and only went into the dealership to ascertain whether the 2016 Azera had arrived. While there, I admired the new Genesis and indicated that I really liked the new body style. Within seconds, the Sales a Manager encouraged me to test drive it, which I did. He did not pressure me and just made himself a available for any questions that I might have. When I indicated my potential interest to lease the Genesis, based on my impressive test drive, and jested that I hoped that I could afford it. Chris said that he would work up some numbers and ascertain what incentives might be available. I was pleasantly surprised at the numbers that he quoted me and was excited to make a deal with him right then and there. And I can honestly say that I genuinely love my Genesis! More

I am pleased with my car I had to trade in my Fiat Pop that I loved. Did not want to but due to family obligations I needed a bigger car. Do not use this dealership I was met by Glen who turned out to be a very nice salesperson. knowledgeable, polite, thorough. I was there at this time just to look at a particular colour of an Azure. I was not there to purchase that day. However the sales manager had different ideas and used the usual pressure to make me purchase. I eventually received my own car keys back and left later I went back with my husband and eventually decided to purchase. However the next day I realized that one particular item I required on the Azure was not on mine and that was front collision safety alert. Vince asked 3 times was this particular model a limited edition and we did not get a straight answer on that. Probably my fault a little as it was not my intention to purchase that day. We took the car back under the 3 day agreement and was put into another Azera that did have the safety features required and told to come back the next day (as it was sunday0 to do the business. I asked for them to meet me half way on the deal and they would not. I decided to take the car and cancel my service agreement that I was going to have with them to partially make up the extra money I would need to find for the car to redo the business. After waiting an unbelievable time again to redo the finance the lady called me, I politely apologized for putting her to this trouble that she completely ignored, she bordered on being rude all the was through the transaction and when we got to the part where I would not pay extra in my financing to have the warranty extra she became more unbearable. After I had left we were just a little way up the road and then I found that she had bait and switched my finance APR from a 2.5% to a 2.9%. We went back immediately , the sales manager that had been dealing with my purchase very quickly, made sure he was not going to get involved and Dan I presume the overall sales manager took us straight to the this woman and made sure I was put through again at my correct APR. AS a Real Estate Broker for 20 years with due diligence, honesty etc. that we have to uphold or get struck off, I was appalled that this could be happening in a car dealership and this woman thinking she could get away with it. Takes me right back to years ago when car dealers always had a bad name for scamming people. Unfortunately it still appears to be so at this dealership if you do not fall into all their wishes. 5 More
