Got a brand new Hyundai veloster. Couldn't be any happier with the car, salesman Jonathon, and the non pressure to buy. I will almost definetly be doing business with them again in 4 years when I plan on loo with the car, salesman Jonathon, and the non pressure to buy. I love my Hyundai Santa Fe. The car was under warranty when I bought it so I began taking it to the dealership, but I did not expect to be pleased with the service. Just arriving from Oregon, I noticed an oil drip. I took it into Gettel and the experience was far above what I am used to. Attitude makes a world of difference. I was not pleased when i came in and sat there for a hour and then was told that my part was not in. I received at least three e-mails with notices about my service appointment, I could have been notified th and then was told that my part was not in. I received at least three e-mails with notices about my service appointment, I could have been notified that the part didn't come in before i took the day off. But it did come in while they were looking for a car to give me to take home and come back the next day. I was also told that it would take about a hour to do the work about three hours later it was done. While sitting there the service manager walked by me at least eight times and never even gave me a hello. More

The car was well taken care of as my husband has always had pride in all his vehicles. Prior to the Hyundai he owned several Lexus's as well as Lincoln town cars. The day after he passed I contacted Hyundai Moter Finance (HMF) to discuss what to do with his vehicle as he leased it. It had only 5100 miles on it, garaged and without a scratch. The person I spoke to said to fax in a death certificate as well as letter of intent and then they would let me know what to do with the car. I did as directed about one week following his death. A week following I started receiving phone calls requesting payment. Daily phone calls were made asking to speak to my husband and how they could reach him as his payment was due! Finally (HMF) called and told me to simply turn the car into the dealer. When doing so the "general manager" said "what do you want me to do with it?" and that he had only been with this dealer for 8 months. He didn't know what to do. I feel Hyundai as a company should have better policies on this issue. I am appalled by the insensitivity as well as lack of professonalism of this company.I personally will never purchase a vehicle from this company and would not recommend them. This dealership is a disgrace. The general manager did not have a compassionate bone in his body. He was rude, inseneitive and unprofesional. More
