Service has always been somewhat slow with subpar communication. The last visit pushed me over the edge – after two weeks (it was supposed to take one) and four consecutive days of calling without a communication. Came by to have check engine light on checked. Was told I would have to leave it for 5-7 days which I was unable to do at that time. They did do the electronic check and it came back Cam shaft ( p Was told I would have to leave it for 5-7 days which I was unable to do at that time. They did do the electronic check and it came back Cam shaft ( piston sensor ). I told him I would bring it back when I could lv it for 5-7 days. When I came back to drop off and verify my warranty was still in place at least 3 people during the process mentioned rodents in the engine wouldn't be covered. I found that odd since I have never heard or experienced anything like that. Well I left the car and didn't hear back for 11days and get notified it is indeed a rodent nest. I went there immediately to see the rodent nest they photographed and of course it was gone they said they cleaned it. Long story short there were some words but I agreed to the repair of over 500.00. They keep it another 2 days and I pick it up. Less than 24hrs later the check engine light is back on. I called Melanie she said bring it back. A mechanic came out checked something said needed a part a bring it back tomorrow. Melanie arranged a rental car for me. The 2 day fix turned into almost two weeks. I am not happy at all with this dealership. I believe the rat story was a fix for money and I asked to have the diagnostic fee refunded because I had a true warranty covered problem and they refused. I have lost trust in the dealership and told as many people that I could this story of deception. More
