Buying a car at Gettel Hyundai recently was a chore to say the least. Salesperson was not knowledgeable and customer service was suspect at best with the exception of the finance person who was great. My say the least. She traded in an exceptional 7 year old Hyundai Elantra Limited with 8,000 some miles. That won’t stay on the lot long. Her new car was to be delivered on Monday which didn’t happen. We wouldn’t have known until we called the dealership. Then we were promised to receive the vehicle at 10 am on Tuesday. Didn’t happen. Then 1pm. Didn’t happen. Finally delivered at 4:30pm. All this time without a vehicle and very little communication unless we initiated. Jorge the manager was to make it up by sending a gift card to her favorite restaurant along with missing first aid kit. Nothing sent for a month. We went and picked up the first aid kit in person. Jorge said again he would send a gift card for Connors Steakhouse. As of today May 4, 2023 it is almost 3 weeks since he said he would do so. My family never experienced such poor customer service at Gettel and we are disappointed. It’s not so much about getting anything outside of respect and what we were expecting. A very disappointing experience at the dealership. More
