Absolutely HORRIBLE! ! Avoid this service center at all costs! Despite two months of battling, the issue with my vehicle remains unresolved. Initially brought in due to ! Initially brought in due to a check engine light, I was pressured into purchasing unnecessary items totaling over $600. To my dismay, these purchases did not address the underlying issue. After the light persisted post-service, I returned, only to be informed that a sensor replacement was needed, covered under warranty. However, upon retrieval, the problem persisted, and a subsequent visit to a local mechanic revealed the dealer's deceit--they had not replaced the part as claimed. Do not trust these scammers with your vehicle! More
