My review is pertaining to the service department. This used to be a very good department, not anymore. They apparently are using an outside service to do scheduling. I made what I thought was an appointment only to find upon arrival that it was double booked. This after driving from Palmetto to Sarasota. To make matters worse, it would be several days to get a legitimate appointment for emergency service. Gettel of Lakewood is no better. I will never own another Hyundai due to the service department.
