This is the second time that I have taken my 2018 Hyundai Sonata in for service. I have experienced exceptional customer service both times. James McCormick, Service Rep., assisted me on Friday, June 3rd, 2022 with a mechanical problem As a female who knows very little about cars it’s critical to me to be able to trust my service rep. It was the first time I met him but right from the start he was very friendly and helpful. I briefly explained my problem to him and he told me they could do a quick diagnostic free of charge. He came back in a short time and explained that it could be one of two things, reassured me that the part of the repair would be covered by my warranty, which I had completely forgotten about and then outlined the repair process. I felt confident that he knew exactly what had to be done and would treat me fairly with any recommended repairs.
