I brought my Nissan titan in to replace a hinge on the tailgate. Job should’ve taken one hour took three days. Alyssa is a nice lady but impossible to reach by telephone. She would text me and the number I was to call back was actually a hair salon. I brought this to her attention twice over the next two weeks and she laughed and said she knew that and has asked her manager to change the number but he still had not a month later. I would would actually have to drive to the dealership to find out the status of my car. When you call the General line it sometimes rings 12 to 18 times before anyone picks it up and the woman answering it sounds like she’s 115 years old and doesn’t know the system. I love my Nissan truck and the sales experience was wonderful but the service has been horrific More
