I took my truck in for an oil and tire rotation service 2/22/22. It’s was run into one of the yellow poles by an employee. I understand that this was an accident. We took it to the collision center the next day and the parts were ordered. It is 3/30/22 and still have not heard a word about anything. I’m starting to wonder if my truck will ever be fixed. I have not filled out any of the surveys so for because I like the people that I deal with at Nissan and did not want to give a bad review. I keep receiving text to fill out the survey and after over a month of zero information or updates here it is. I’m not a happy customer!! If I could give no stars for this I would. More
I was very disappointed with the massive upselling in the service department. Two recommendations made based on mileage for services that we're not needed, and no diagnostic work indicated that it did. Telli service department. Telling me I needed things done at 30,000 miles that are not recommended using industry-standard 60,000 miles. Unfortunately this seems to be a Nissan practice as well as Gettel Nissan. Not impressed! More
