We experienced the worst customer service at Gettel Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and we are very sorry we purchased a car from them. We purchased a “manager special” and ou Nissan. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and we are very sorry we purchased a car from them. We purchased a “manager special” and our salesperson made us feel like we were getting an amazing deal. Once they added 5k in fees, it was not a good deal at all. We noticed a bad smell when we test drove the car. I wish we would have walked away then but we were in a desperate situation of needing a car. Our salesperson promised the smell would be gone after they bombed the car which was being done while we purchased the car. We asked if we could return the car if the smell wasn’t gone and we were told we had 3 days to exchange the car. The vomit smell was not gone and less than 72 hours after purchasing the car, my husband called and said we wanted to exchange the car for something else they had. We were told it was too late. We bought the car at 6pm on Saturday and called to return the car on Tuesday afternoon. We were told to bring the car in and they would help us out. We got there and they wanted us to trade in the car and purchase a different car and pay another 5k in dealership fees on top of the fees we just paid. We said we would not be doing that. We were told the General Manager was not there but he would call us the following day. He never called. My husband called and asked to talk to him and he was told that he wasn’t there and no one we worked with was there but they would be in touch. We were never called by anyone. We spent a lot of money at Gettel and were treated like garbage. At this point we have a car that smells like vomit and I won’t ride in it due to the smell. We know they won’t let us exchange the car but we feel that a deep cleaning, not just a bombing through the AC is the least they could do. This is the first time I have written a negative review about any business. I hope anyone reading this will think twice about going to Gettel. I wish I would have known what a bad business this is before entering that building. More
