Went in for a radiator issue. I was told it would take 3 hours. They were able to complete the repair well under that estimated time. Upon driving the vehicle home, the temp gauge I was told it would take 3 hours. They were able to complete the repair well under that estimated time. Upon driving the vehicle home, the temp gauge maxed out and check engine light came on. I was forced to return to the dealership so they could fix the problem. I ended up missing my doctor’s appointment but the vehicle was repaired after second attempt. More

Made an appointment for 7:30 a. m on November 15th and dropped off the vehicle for service and came back at 5:00 p.m. to pick up vehicle and was told nothing was done on the vehicle m on November 15th and dropped off the vehicle for service and came back at 5:00 p.m. to pick up vehicle and was told nothing was done on the vehicle and it's still 6 or 7th in line. Didn't understand since I made an appointment and nobody bothered to call to say they couldn't get to it that day it was a waste of my time dropping it off and going to pick it up! Good service didn't seem to be a concern. More

Became the worst deal I have ever made and missed my objectives, which I explained in the beggining. It got twisted into a deal that was unusually high profit for Gettle, and left me a long term bur my objectives, which I explained in the beggining. It got twisted into a deal that was unusually high profit for Gettle, and left me a long term burden on a vehicle that hurts, and now I have a vehicle that's under the water - that was totally avoiable. I am 72 years old, hoy "lost" in the moment and now I have live with it. You got a larger than usual profit on the car I sold you and a larger than usual profit on the car you sold me. Please review what happened that day, and find compassion for me. More
