My wife and I are from Ohio, and during our vacation in Sarasota our vehicle experienced substantial electro-mechanical failure. Using the on-line tool I was able to schedule a next day appointment. Laura met with me the next morning and processed my repair order efficiently and professionally. The estimate was prepared, and presented in a logical manner to provide understanding. I accepted the repair estimate and the repair activity commenced. A rental car was made available to me at no extra charge as repairs took several days. Upon repair completion entire scope of repair was thoroughly explained to provide understanding. I was provided regular updates on repair progress. At all times I was treated professionally, and with courtesy. I am very thankful for everyone’s efforts in repairing my vehicle during a difficult period, and especially thankful for Laura’s service and professionalism.
