Service mgr ordered my strut said covered under warranty. Email said part was in and to scheduke service. I waited FOUR HOURS and finally went up to desk. Don Carroll said ‘sorry, not covered under warranty, Email said part was in and to scheduke service. I waited FOUR HOURS and finally went up to desk. Don Carroll said ‘sorry, not covered under warranty, its bent’. I never should have been told to make appt. I NEVER should have waited 4 hours and nobody tell me anything all that time. Why did service order the part after they said i needed a strut, tell me its covered, email me that the part is in, me take off work, make me wait 4 hours to have NOTHING done? More
First time there was not back and forth with negotiations. Told them what I was looking for and they met that. To much time waiting to sign papers.
