I went in for an oil change and to fix my two front lights on the right. I did not expect to wait an extraordinary amount of time for simple repair jobs. I booked one of the first morning appointments thinking it would maybe take 1 hour max. My fog light issue was not fixed (and they skipped the car wash). More

Will never return, came in for oil change and tire rotation. Mechanic Jose did a vehicle inspection report came to $5,417.49 on recommended work. When I left Gettel, my front tire was bouncing and st rotation. Mechanic Jose did a vehicle inspection report came to $5,417.49 on recommended work. When I left Gettel, my front tire was bouncing and steering wheel was shaking. I was going to turn back, but instead took it to Costco as tires where 6 months old thought maybe the tire rotation may have put them out of balance. Costco said tires were balanced, but the right front tire was only hand tightened. Gettel Nissan mechanic Jose forgot to use an impact wrench on that tire, endangering my life. More
