Went in for a radiator issue. I was told it would take 3 hours. They were able to complete the repair well under that estimated time. Upon driving the vehicle home, the temp gauge I was told it would take 3 hours. They were able to complete the repair well under that estimated time. Upon driving the vehicle home, the temp gauge maxed out and check engine light came on. I was forced to return to the dealership so they could fix the problem. I ended up missing my doctor’s appointment but the vehicle was repaired after second attempt. More

Made an appointment for 7:30 a. m on November 15th and dropped off the vehicle for service and came back at 5:00 p.m. to pick up vehicle and was told nothing was done on the vehicle m on November 15th and dropped off the vehicle for service and came back at 5:00 p.m. to pick up vehicle and was told nothing was done on the vehicle and it's still 6 or 7th in line. Didn't understand since I made an appointment and nobody bothered to call to say they couldn't get to it that day it was a waste of my time dropping it off and going to pick it up! Good service didn't seem to be a concern. More

I had a 7:30am appt for an oil change however My car was not started until over an hour later. The manager that is in the side office connected to the service area was reprimanding and employee for the way not started until over an hour later. Using foul language that could be heard clearly by myself and others in waiting area. Very unprofessional. The service tech and Hector were very professional, although had no explanation as to why I had a 7:30 appt but did not leave until the dealership until after 10am. Other than to say.. they had a lot of people come in for an oil change that day. I will continue to return because I bought the “extended” warranty which covers my oil changes and tire rotations for the first 6 years. This was the first time I had to wait for any extended time. But what was most concerning was the manager in the side office. This is not an appropriate practice and should be addressed. More
