Repairs performed were not consistent with video inspection. Was led to believe from inspection video a bracket was damaged anchoring the front radar crash avoidance system at bumper leading to the inspection. I was quoted repair estimate with labor approximately $1000.because unit would need aligned once remounted requiring several hours labor I was not notified that the ICC radar unit sensor itself needed replaced and was not provided evidence it was damaged and that additional part was $1005 . Repair bill was over $2000. The additional parts were not discussed with nor authorized by owner . Received no satisfaction attempting to resolve after providing credit card payment under dispute with service manager following business day . There was apparently serious miscommunication here warranting at Least a discount of that unnecessary new sensor to dealer cost . More
