When I brought my vehicle the first time do your service center George told me don’t worry everything is guaranteed all work is guaranteed well four days later same problem with the vehicle it does not star center George told me don’t worry everything is guaranteed all work is guaranteed well four days later same problem with the vehicle it does not start I brought it back to service the assistant service manager said I needed another battery the old the new one was no good and guaranteed the work was done all right so I brought the car home no headlights were working two days later the battery was dead I brought the car back Mr. Coleman the assistant managerWas kind of nasty to me well more than kind of nasty but anyway he guaranteed it again well it didn’t work we brought it back they put some backyard battery switch on it to kill the battery which wouldn’t hold the load to start the car I got the car back all my plunger switches for the doors were still hanging out still no headlights and nothing from your Nissan service center I think if you really want to earn my business again I just want my headlights working so I just wondering what happened to the checklist that’s on the back of the invoice that I paid were say they go through all the safety of the car and they let me go home with no headlights so you tell me what should we how can we earn my business Back and it almost feels like you don’t wanna see me back there again so I just don’t know what to say but I think right now I have a very very bad taste in my mouth for Gettal Nissan service division and if this doesn’t fall on somebody else’s lap and you don’t give me restitution I’ll find someplace else to go and I’ll start yelping out in the communityIn conclusion evidently your guarantees don’t mean anything in the safety of your consumer doesn’t mean a thing to you also so you can understand the bad taste I have in my mouth for your service center good day sir or madam More
