Service stinks BIG time! ! Promises made and not kept. Long wait times for service, couldn’t get a loaner car and I’m a severe diabetic and needed to get something to eat. ! Was told there were things to eat in the waiting room, and my wait would only be an hour. I was there for over 2 hours!! Obviously, they don’t know what a diabetic needs for proper nutrition. Also, they rotated my tires and put the wrong lug nuts on the week before, and they had a hard time getting them off, I’m very concerned that I may have permanent damage from them putting the incorrect ones on and having to work so hard to get them off. How in the xxxx does something like that happen anyway?!? More
