Some of the employees had unprofessional demeanor in front of customers. Such as complaining about George going on break at the same time he has an appointment and how he’s likely going to get extremely front of customers. The dealership also told me that I needed immediate replacement of my front control arm and needed an alignment. I took my car into a shop and they looked at my suspension multiple times and found nothing wrong with it. They also stated that my alignment wasn’t significantly impaired. The dealership also inspected my brakes and said they were good. But I’ve been having a lot of shaking and vibrating when braking and another car shop told me that my rotors were warped and needed replacing. I’m not sure who’s right and who’s wrong but something is not adding up. More
