Someone that was at the dealership the day it was due to be picked up from service stole a $550 pair of prescription Sun Glasses from me. I left them on the table that was adjacent to the chair I was sitti be picked up from service stole a $550 pair of prescription Sun Glasses from me. I left them on the table that was adjacent to the chair I was sitting on. When I went outside to have a smoke and came back they where missing. So in addition to spending $4,000 to perform maintenance to buying three new tires the whole experience cost me over $4,500 including new prescription sun glasses and a rental car. It was a very bad experience and I doubt that I will purchase my next new car from your dealership. I will find another dealership next time so am looking for a new car to purchase. There was a thief present that day who liked my frames and was unaware that they where prescription but They probably kept the expensive frames. The whole experience was far too costly for a tube up I was expecting to cost me no more than $2,000 and instead cost me $4,550 including the new prescription sun glasses that I am waiting to be completed by this Coming Friday before I can leave for Canada. I will not forget this and will be looking for a new dealership even if it means switching off of Nissan cars. More
