I scheduled maintenance for an oil change, tire rotation and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. I confirmed the services the day prior (Friday 11/24) and when I showed up at and balance weeks in advance and received 5+ confirmations from dealer. This was over double the time it took at another Toyota dealership on a previous service. More
